Numismatist AI ("we," "us") is the operator of numismatist.ai. By using the site or signing up for the waitlist or newsletter, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Editorial content, a waitlist, and a newsletter. The product itself — coin identification, grading estimates, valuation ranges, the Pre-Bid protocol — is in development and not yet available. Anything we publish on the site is informational and is not a substitute for professional grading, authentication, or appraisal services from PCGS, NGC, or a qualified numismatist.
What we ask
Use the site lawfully. Don't scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission. Don't impersonate other people in waitlist or newsletter signups.
Disclaimers
Information on this site is provided "as is." Coin valuations, identifications, and decision recommendations are estimates based on available data; markets move and we can be wrong. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site's content.
Third-party links — to PCGS, NGC, Heritage, Great Collections, and others — are provided for reference. We are not responsible for the content or terms of those sites.
Termination
You can leave at any time by emailing privacy@numismatist.ai or unsubscribing from the newsletter. We can suspend access for behavior that violates these terms.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and notify anyone with an active account before the new version takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
